Connections Call Center is a Canadian, family-run call center founded in Squamish, British Columbia. From the beginning, our focus has been simple: provide reliable, professional communication support that businesses can truly depend on.

Our History:

Connections Call Center was founded in 1990 in Squamish, British Columbia by Lillian Lyle. Built on strong service ethics and a commitment to professionalism, Connections began as a local telephone answering service and steadily grew as client needs evolved.

As the company expanded, Trish McMaster joined the leadership team, helping guide Connections’ growth into a trusted, family-run call center. With an early focus on evolving technology, training, and consistency, Connections has built a long-standing reputation for reliable, award-recognized service.

While our systems and technology have evolved over the years, our commitment to exceptional customer service has remained unchanged.
