Kaydee Burroughs – Director of Operations
Kaydee Burroughs joined Connections Call Center in 2017 and currently serves as our Director of Operations. She has been a pivotal part of the organization’s evolution over the past nine years, helping shape the team and operational foundation that supports the company today. Her contributions have helped establish clearer structure and more effective ways of working across the organization.
Kaydee is known for bringing forward new ideas, processes, and technology that enhance efficiency and support long-term scalability. Her leadership focuses on continuous improvement, modernizing operations, and strengthening internal systems, while ensuring the high service standards Connections is known for continue to grow and adapt.
Jody Iverson – Manager of Operations
Jody Iverson joined Connections Call Center in 2009 and now serves as the Manager of Operations. With more than a decade of experience, she has been a consistent and dependable presence within the organization, supporting the growth and stability of daily operations over many years. Jody plays a key role in ensuring operational continuity, reliability, and high service standards across the business.
Jody is known for her calm, solutions-focused approach and strong understanding of call center systems, workflows, and service delivery. She oversees daily operations while providing hands-on support to supervisors, agents, and clients. Her involvement in training development and process improvement helps ensure teams are well-supported and operations continue to run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Madison Brown – Administration Manager
Madison currently serves as our Administration Manager here at Connections Call Center. Known for wearing many hats, she helps keep internal functions organized, efficient, and well supported. Her role touches many areas across the organization, giving her a broad view of how teams, systems, and processes work together. Her work contributes to the structure and stability that allows the business to operate smoothly.
Madison works closely with leadership to support operational efficiency and organizational structure, while ensuring internal processes remain consistent and well managed. She is known for her attention to detail and proactive approach, helping identify improvements and support the needs of both the team and the business. Through her work, she plays an important role in keeping internal operations running smoothly and aligned with long-term goals.
Trish McMaster – Chief Executive Officer
Trish McMaster serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Connections Call Center. bringing years of experience and insight to the organization. Her leadership and vision have shaped the organization through decades of growth, building a strong foundation rooted in people, service, and long-term relationships. With experience across all levels of the business, Trish brings deep operational insight and strategic leadership to the company.
In her current role, Trish provides ongoing guidance and advisory support to the leadership team, helping shape the organization’s direction and long-term vision. She is also actively involved in her community, serving on the board of the Chemainus Food Bank and supporting initiatives that reflect her commitment to service and leadership beyond the organization.
